Need advice to claim refund about advertising

    Hi,
    I have subscribed for advertising on http://forums.digitalpoint.com for 3 days by paying $30.
    Did lack of response i want to claim by balance amount for refund.
    Is it possible? if so to whom should i contact or what is the procedure?
    Your assistance will really help me.
