Need advice to buy visa Gift card

    Anyone please help, I plan to buy my friend a gift card, and she is USA. If you know the place to buy visa gift card online, please let me know.

    u can apply online for tht u will surely get reply from respected bank and u can surely get visa card but bank need some advance for tht.....

    Well, if you need a prepaid card then I think you will get it in bank only. As I have heard of of them in banks only! And then you can send it to your friend.
