Need advice. Should i transfer entire blog to well recognized site?

    Hi i need some advice. I have two blogs and one site in the cricket niche.

    http://boomboomshahidafridi.blogspot.com
    http://theprodigysachintendulkar.blogspot.com

    and the site is www.easychum.com

    Should i transfer all the content from the blogspot blogs to the site that already ranks well for the niche, because obviously rankings with the blogspot blogs are bad.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I was thinking of putting all the content of each blog on a single page each, so their are two massive pages on the web site that contain all the content of the previous blog.

    Also will this be penalized for duplicate content even though the blogs would have been deleted when the content is transferred to the site?

    If I were you I'd transfer them to the trusted domain & 301 the existing blogspot urls to the new urls on the trusted domain.

    301 is the http status code for "permanently moved". The server sends the 301 status code to a request to indicate that the file has been permanently moved. This is widely considered as the most se-friendly method to redirect pages.

    So i am just going to put all the content of the blogs on the site. And put this code "<?
    Header( "HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently" );
    Header( "Location: http://www.easychum.com" );
    ?>
    " in the header of the blogs.

    Would that be complete then. Or should i just transfer the content and delete the blogs? Cheers mate

    I am not sure if blogspot supports/allows php or other server side code. You can give it a shot.

    As for transferring the content and simply deleting the blogs all together, that's an option as well if you haven't built too many links or spent a lot of time promoting the current blogs.

    each have about 400 links each.

    Has anyone here experienced a problem like this with blogger before. And how did they transfer the blogger blog to a normal site?
