Need advice & Review : What is the optimal placement of my ads?

    I've changed my blog template in order to optimize revenue from adsense. I think I have been placing ads properly. There is one website that I am an example in terms of adsense placement http://www.wordsearchfun.com/

    What do you think? Whether such placement is in compliance with the adsense TOS?

    please remove one ad box from the top! . Place it inside your posts. Place categories column on the right side bar and place ad skyscraper at the end of the column.

    I usually put the size of 728x90 banner below the logo. Only with not much traffic, there will be a lot of clicks.
