Need Advice On What To Do.

    I am having a personal account with Paypal. Recently, I tried to link my credit card and my account was declined. I was advised to call the customer care, which I keep doing till day without a positive answer from them, but always told to call on normal working hours, which I think is from now.

    Use their email support system. You will probably get a better response from there.
