    Guys,

I got this situation in which a domain I bought is deemed to be previously banned by Google due to the former owner's activities.

So, I have two version of the name, one with a hyphen, and without hyphen. The non hyphen one is banned by Google.

I have been developing a site on the hyphen version and it is doing better with each month, getting ranked and visited.

But now, I wish to change the site from the hyphen, to the non hyphen domain; meaning from the unbanned to the banned domain..

I think this will be a better move in the long term. But, how do I get the domain unbanned by Google? I have written twice to them in Webmaster tools, and all they say, is they will look it over and if the domain is no longer in "violation of Google's webmaster guidelines," it will be allowed back it...I've been waiting, and no sign of any indexing...

Right now, the banned domain is not having any website on...I am not sure if I should do this:

Transfer all the database of the unbanned (hyphen domain) to the banned domain and redirect 301 the old hyphen domain.

Will this bomb whatever SERPs I have? How will Google react?

Cos I don't think Google is going to approve a banned domain IF it has no website on it....all it has now is a blog front page...you know the Hello World kind of front page....

Can I park it to see if it gets indexed? I doubt if parking will improve it's chances, as Google might not like to see parked pages, although some of my old domains that were never indexed for > 1 year, finally got indexed even though they were parked....
