For my mmorpg that I am currently getting made, I want to make a trailer for it so it might interest people in making an account or visiting my website.

I was wondering if any of you guys know any good software I should buy or go about doing it? :p

    Thankoooooooo :)

You can do this with Macromedia Flash, but you need some expertise for it.

Maybe you should hire someone to do the job....

If you're looking for a good quality trailer! I'd advice hiring an expert!

Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 is a Code Editor/Webpage Designer. So I don't think you'd be able to make a trailer with that!

If you have good quality high resolution images, you can use a combination of Adobe Photoshop and Windows Movie Maker to make a nice trailer.

I agree with Abhishek... If you're asking questions about what software you might use to produce it - you're probably going to need a professional if you want it to look good. If you have any drawing skills, I would suggest drawing out a storyboard and framing each scene of the trailer. At that point, you can scan that trailer and send it to a few prospective CG professionals for bids.

    Cheers,

I dont think you even need to hire CG professionals,a experienced flash developer with basic 3d software skills like Swift 3d,etc would be enough.

Heh... I always considered 'experienced flash developer' a cg professional. Oh well.. Semantics. ;)
