need advice on turnkey websites

Hi there! Are turnkey websites worth the investement we would make on them?

I came upon a site that sells turnkey websites for cheap with the following features, among others:

• different revenue streams (Google Adsense, SearchFeed, Clickbank, Kontera, banners & ads sales)
• complete blog system
• syndicated content
• links, directory, live news feeds, store
• built-in newsletter system
• Google Analytics and sitemap integration
• first month free hosting

The website will be hosted on their servers, not on the buyer's.

I have two questions in mind:

1. Do turnkey websites really deliver the goods? I mean, do they really make money?
2. From a technical point of view, are turnkey websites search engine-friendly?

Please share your thoughts.

 

So, nobody has any knowledge or experience about turnkey websites?

Or just not interested in sharing those?

 

Turnkey websites suck because the content is just stuff copied from other sites. You will get little to no traffic or revenue. If you are really dead set on doing it, don't buy from other sites, just make them yourself for free, there are plenty of free tools out there to do this.

 

Stay away from them. They are complete garbage.
If they were any useful, do you think the owner would be selling them? He will be creating them over and over again for his own profits! These are just crooks trying to take advantage of newcomers in the internet marketing game.

 

well turnkey websites are not useless until and unless you buy them and make the changes that wil help to safe time.


if turnkey websites are not usefull why do people use them ??

like php link directory, phpbb and many others.


the thing is they are usefu8l when you add your own data rather copy the data from other websites.

for the traffic you need to use unique content in your website.

 

1.Yes and its efficient and its profitable.
2.Its depend on how you promote it.If you promote it well,it will sure get hire ranking

Also, from the turnkey sites, do your research on what really works. You need to be creative in expanding your turnkey sites. Thats why people always say, content is king.

Do your research also on specific niche. You need to find a niche that really sells as well, dont buy immediately on the site you see. Check out other site if they have something similar and try to get the best bargain.
