I have some photos that I would like to edit, nothing complicated, just want to change the hair color a little, maybe change a background here and there. I have no idea where to begin. The main thing is the hair color.

Looking for advice, also willing to pay for services if you can do it cheap.

Are you using photoshop or any software. You can easily edit your photos in photoshop. If you want to change background then create duplicate layer of the photo and use pen tool or any selections tool to select the photo. remover the unwanted background. Open your another image and past this layer on it. For changing hair color, press F7 to layer box then go for create new fill or adjustment layer-> use color balance-> make changes-> press crt+i to revere-> use brush for make changes in color.

    Thanks

Look at photoshop's Image menu. Select the hair portion with selection tool and change color from Image menu option. If the problem still persists, PM me or mail me at info[at]ecoverexpert[dot]com

In photoshop use can use color replace function or you can also change color by adjustment layer with hue and saturation change .
You need to select required area and for this work pen tool is best .
