I am going to launch a website and provide such IT services as SEO, content writing, article submission, web directory submission, social bookmarking and forum promotion. I just would to be consulted if there is scence to launch this kind of business (taking into IT market is already overfilled by such companies). Is it possible to do this business and provide such services for US, UK and Canadian clients if I live in Ukraine? What useful recommendations would provide me before to start doing this?
