I'd go for a redesign, probably more black. I want to buy diamonds from a credible source, not quasiEbay. Take a look at some of the larger diamond manufacturer/retailer's websites. You'll notice a trend which yours definetly doesn't fit. If you're going to sell diamonds, sell diamonds, no need to talk about an iPod. in a blog post about typos...it would've been a good idea to run a spell check first.
As well, having Adsense on a site that is selling something as potentiall expensive as diamonds looks very unprofessional.

Actually none of those sites are mine, I get paid to have them there haha I hear high return investments are hot right now If you really want to make money off the web I suggest you do some reading before you try, will save yourself a lot of time and effort.
