Need advice on how to get an affiliate site up

I am creating my own site that will offer people who join the chance at having there own site like example www.freefor15.com/affiliateid37465

I need to tell the designer of my website how to get tis accomplished

I don't really understand from your post exactly what you need, can you expand?

 

I am the owner of freefor15.com

but I am making this a site that when someone signs up they get there own website exactly the same as mine but it reads www.freefor15.com/hub=58476 so I am the owner it is just there affiliate site they use to market

the person designing my site needs some help getting this figured out it would be a sub domain of mine
