Need advice on hosting.. going to start adult site got domain

    I have had the domain name for a while now at hostmonster but then I discovered that they don't allow adult sites (this was news to me, I thought you could host adult sites anywhere.... ffs for like $300 you expect them to let go of the moral compass)

    Anyway I have been looking for a cheap host for a single adult blog/vlog site that I want to start and was wondering if anyone could recommend a DP user that sells reasonably cheap hosting?

    Ive seen all sorts of things upon using the search function on DP like Offshore hosting and stuff but didn't know what or 'who' to trust plus im not quite sure what offshore hosting is..

    I don't have that much money to throw about (like $45) so any advice would be great
