Need Advice on Freelancing

Hey Guys - I am very eager to do some freelancing on Pay per Click (Adwords) as I am a working professional in this vertical. I can spend about 2-3 hours on the week days & more than 4 Hours on the Weekends. I would like some of you experienced guys to guide me in starting this off in terms of the approach, the websites I should look into and other stuff.

There are a lot of places to find jobs. odesk.com and freelancer.com are a start
