I have checked United States Patent and Trademark Office website to see if am infringing on a company's trademark or not. But there is no record of my registered domain name being trademarked whatsoever. However, I try to list this domain in question on my Sedo account, but they refused it saying it's infringement of one of their partners name "Yahoo". Now there's a popular Nigerian song called "Yahooze", that was released in 2008. Former US Secretary of State, Colin Powell once danced to this song (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzKT9LCBmKw). So based on the popularity of the song I was lucky to register the domain name. This domain in question is "Yahooze.com" So give me your advice and opinion guys, if this domain name is infringing Yahoo's or not. Mind you, the domain is setup as a classified site at the moment, and does not offer similar service as Yahoo.
