Need Advice on CTR

Ok, This is regarding the blog which is the first in my signature. I am getting a CTR of around 1%. Is there any way I can increase it to 4-5%. I have done things like blending the ads all. 30% of my traffic comes from google images, Is this low CTR because of that? Any advice will be very helpful.

Try text ads on the top of your blog. You've only added Link ad format.

 

I tried once.... It actually backfired... I think at that position only link ads work... But I will try it again... Thanks Buddy for the advice.

 

Try some text link ads or images ads, put it in between the post

 

where you have the ceridian flash ad, try an adsense text unit there of the same size. your CTR will surely improve

 

Make your text links look like a navigation bar.

 

Can you explain me How to do this.... I would be very thankful
