Hi All, I needed some advice on the Computers & Internet Niche on Clickbank. Is it a good one to start with ? I am just starting out and currently doing some market research. Also I wanted to know if the registry error related products have a good market and whether they sell well. I went through CB Trends for some of those products and it looked ok, however I thought I'd still go ahead and ask you guys. Thanks, Abhijeet
This is a really good niche, and there are lots of decent products with nice pay outs. The problem is that it's a bit competitive, but I think there are pretty many keywords, which you could focus on. Reviews style landing pages work best for this niche.
Personally I wouldn't step right into the internet/money-making niche. I made that mistake and lost over $200 through PPC advertising. Granted I didn't have much idea about anything internet marketing related at the time, but it is an extremely competitive niche that you need to have good experience selling (and a decent budget) to have any sort of impact in.
Well, I think the word ' niche ' has some broad as well as precise definitions. It is a market definitely and there are niches within it. But I think you might consider it a niche as well and the niches within it as sub-niches.
Nice to find an Indian that isn't a loser for a change...yeah I am one too :| And the niche you chose might look good to a beginner, you might think the market is huge and has good potential, but only for those that know how to harvest it. If I were you, I'd start on the small-scale problem niches, these have endless potential and are generally how beginners crack their first sale. There's a simple way to select one, just go to the marketplace, type "cure", "treatment", "relief" or "remedy", see what products pop up, select one with a good landing page and decent gravity and make sure you read up a lot on PPC or marketing tactics before you spend precious time and money on it. Good luck
Thanks for the advice man. I'll certainly take it into consideration before launching my first campaign.
