Need advice on a users access and permissions...

Hi,

I'm building a website for a school and I need the following:

1. Group A can access some areas (pages, pots, downloads, etc).
2. Group B can access some areas (pages, pots, downloads, etc) BUT not the Group A and C areas.
3. Group C can can access some areas (pages, pots, downloads, etc) BUT not the Group A and B areas. This Group can also publish on some categories.

Any thoughts?
