Need Advice new product or not

    I am a web designer in MO who works primarily as a webmaster for local
    business. Real Estate websites with MLS property search is my claim
    to fame. Very technical database work.

    Internet marketing is new to me, and until now I have not had an Internet product.

    Because of work with databases a friend ask me if would able do anything with the clickbank database. Its a huge XML file that anyone can download. Anyway took me three days but I was able to write a program that parses this file and create a usable database.

    I created this program out of it.

    Before I go to far with thing.

    Do you think my product is viable as it is?

    It gives away easy, but I'm not sure if it will sell.

    If I made it a free product and put small text ads at the bottom, how
    many would I have to give away before the ad space becomes valuable?

    Not sure what to do,
