    Hi all,
I want to upload my newly designed webpage to my site. I have created my webpage using Dreamweaver CS5. All my sites are powered by wordpress and i have given c-panel hosting to all the site under one account. When i connect using the FTP server, it asks for a user name and password. So I created my username and password in my c-panel FTP account. After creating it, It shows the following FTP address like ftp://ftp.getprdomains.com/.I just want to upload the web design file to just one site. But there are more than 10 domains in my account. If i upload the webpage to my FTP, Will it affect the other sites?????

Depends on the FTP structure of your site, but probably not. Surely it would be better to ask your host about this as only they know how they set up FTP and the structure of your hosting space.

I believe there should be separated folder or sub folder on the server especially for your web site.

If your hosting supports multiple websites in one account, it should create separate folders for each website.

when you add your domain ..they ask for folder name or they make one folder with same name of domain 2) when you create ftp they must ask ftp for which domain ? so kindly select only that domain where you need to upload

    regards

If you have troubles with FTP I think that worth to contact your web hosting provider and ask for help
