Thanks to my newbiness i have gone and got myself blacklisted I still need to send emails out to my potential clients, this is the only way of contacting them and me making money but now all my emails are just returnes becuase of spam filters. Are there any programs i can use paid/ or unpaid to send these emails? Help really appreciated Thanks
My advice : 1) Go and buy new domain which are not expensive. 2) Buy the email services from the registrar. E.G :Godaddy; you can buy domain and host your email also there. They blacklisted your IP or your domain? Check this first. If they blocked your IP then you can change hosting or buy a dedicated IP. Sometimes when in the shared hosting environment, people use the shared hosting IP to spam people's mail then all the sites that share the same IP will be blacklisted as well
I think its my domain because the messages say something along the lines of " this has been classed as spam because the following URL was found www.caravanineurope.co.uk" in the email
So what exactly did you do to get blacklisted? Did you blast out a bunch of spam? We need more details to advise you on how to remedy the situation.
it wasnt spam it was just an email describing my site and askin them to advertise on it. Nothin else, i wouldnt consider it spam
If the people you sent it to didn't ask you to send it then it was spam. People need to ask you to send them things even if you think they will like what you're sending. Do it the old fashioned way put up a site or blog, dirve traffic to it and have people opt in with an autosponder. donrock
Anything sent to me, for instance, If I DIDN'T request said e-mail, gets turned over to spam fighters and they balcklist the sending sites. I assume all "potential clients" had asked you for the mail, right? If so, they usually just delete them, or unsubscribe.
I sent about 1000 in a day. I think 200 and hour, how am i supposed to do business if i cant send out emails? I have no other way of conatcting my potential clients.
