    Hello everyone,

I need some advice on how to monetize my social network.

I haven't really concentrated on it till now, but I do believe it's time to see how I can monetize the website as the hosting costs are rising. I currently use Google Adsense and some CJ ads but am making very little.

    Here's the site: www.seekopia.com

If you have any suggestions, or maybe you'd be interested in partnering in any way, do let me know please!

    Thanks,
    Marc

Depending upon the traffic you get, you might consider joining a CPA network and running those ads on your site. Some of the good ones are Hydranetwork, and Neverblue.

    Thanks,

I'm already with CJ. The problem is, since the site is so generic, it's hard to sell anything specific. Maybe a pay per 1000 impressions system?

Well, one thing that usually results in a lot of clicks (for which you get paid by a CPA network) is free trials of new tech devices. Cell phones are a good example. Nearly everyone is interested in them and will sometimes click just to research the offer. This type of offer doesn't pay much per click (usually a bit over $1) but given that it's your site and you're not paying for advertising to get the clicks, that's a pretty good ROI. Hydranetwork and Neverblue often carry these types of programs.

Also, if you'd like to get a look at some of the CPA offers that are running, go to Offervault. An account there is free, and while not all-encompassing, you can get some good ideas that you can use if you're accepted by a CPA network.
