need advice / help please

Not sure if this is in the right place (if not mods please move it)

I have had my web site published for around two weeks now at www.freegraphicscentre.com

When I do a normal Google search for above it shows the site and about 4 to 5 pages of other sites that link to mine.

I have submitted to many directories and been accepted in quite a few. I have a links page on my iste with reciprical links.

When I do a search using 'Keyword Analysis Tool v2.0' The Google rank is not shown and number of Google backlinks to page is shown as 0

I have been posting in forums like this one and following advice.

Am I expecting results too soon or am I missing something

Please please help as I think I have a pretty good site but don't know what to do next

Now, I'm replying without looking at your website. I'm assuming you are new to SEO; please visit Stymiee's SEO Faq over at Sitepoint. This thread will help you move forward with your SEO knowledge. You need to remember that it takes time to see results in search results; upwards to 6 months to a year for competitive keywords and phrases. You want to build quality relevant one-way backlinks, do proper on-page optimization and have rich unique content.

I'd avoid the reciprocal links thing...focus on the one ways.

I have been trying that but it is very difficult to get one way links without paying for them

 

i want to suggest you do some basic promotion for your site to get some traffic
