OR ANOTHER SYSTEM

every member get 1 cent per 1 click
and pay to top ten members after get $10


payment will be by money bookers
and also get traffic to your site

Those are very well known Ideas, and you'd have to do something unique to get members, or it will die out. You could try something easy, like buy ready made websites if you have the money and just start getting members. If you want to start from scratch, you can either try selling a product, or a regular article website can do
