Hi, and thanks for time reading this. I would really appreciated if some of you, experienced web masters / site brokers can give me estimation of one of my sites wort. I am long time in business but I am kinda of guy who like to make (and doing that) new stuffs, experiments etc, and can't really estimate value of any site, especially those made my self, so those sites that I sold in past 5-6 years I am not sure that I sold for good price any of them. Since have too much project and too much costs I decided to (maybe) sell one of sites that I am working 2 years on, it is original engine that powers site, idea is half-unique, a lot of users, but some problems to. If someone from people who are traders / brokers can help me with 10 minutes of time to take a look and read some internal and 'external' date related to site, and tell me potential cost of site I would really appreciated that.
