Need advice for software

    All of you might be aware of YOUTUBE thing.. I wat some software which can make flash file of the Video file to get onto my site. The main thing is I am not going to allow people to upload vids just wanna have vid site to visit and share. So please suggest something which is available (preferably free hehe)

    For converting files into flash, if you already have Flash 8, then it comes with an encoder already.

    You can also try a program called SUPER, which is completely free.

    To be honest, I usually use Sorenson Squeeze, but it is not free.
