Monthly earnings is difficult to judge, some months it can earn $200+ some months it earns just $50. I am just selling the domain because I don't have time to sort out the transfer of the site!
I think it is worth it for you to sort out the transfer of your site...otherwise, the value of this domain decreases significantly. If your month's revenue fluctuates, then you just average it out..simple math.
