Need advice for expired domains

Do domains that are bought via godaddy auctions (tdnam) lose their page rank and trust after purchase?

Godaddy automatically renews domains before they expire and put them to auction, right?

After purchase whois information completely changes. Does it mean domain reset in google eyes?

All old domains are with good trust. Will it affect it also and what to do to leave trust?

 

As for the PR, if you build links quickly and maintain content on the site it should keep up. As for the trust, make it known that you are the new owner of the domain and start building trust with your visitors since the last owner of the domain may have not been so nice*.

Restore old content and never change it?
