Dear members from DP , recently i decide to start a business that help people to dropship products from China . As i'm a native Chinese and live in China also , really easy for me to dropship any product from China worldwide . I've registered a good domain , then i found myself hard to take a next step , so i come here for precious advice from you guys .

Here's more details from me ,

I don't stock any products , it's more like a sourcing work combined with dropshipping service , even the retail prices here are much more cheaper than in other countries , but the dropping time is a big problem .And , do i have to create a catalog like Doba does ? it's possible for me to do this ,takes lots of time though , but is there any practical way to let seller to choose their products then i go do the sourcing ?

    Greeting
    Tobby

It seems to me like you would be better off becoming a sourcing agents for companies who want to stock products in their own locales. You could be the procurer of the items and then ship them to the company that wants to distribute them in their geography. There might be a niche for you in between what is available now from China. For example, there are sellers in China who will ship a single Ethernet cable to someone on eBay in the U.S. But then, there are manufacturers of cables who will sell a shipping container of cables to companies like mine. There is likely a need for distribution of a few hundred or a few thousand cables to companies that cannot afford to stock a shipping container volume of them. I suspect that this is the case for other products, as well. It may make sense to position yourself in this niche because the buyer will understand the timing issue.
