    The registrar I use allows that: http://www.namesilo.com if you are just buying a domain like normal through their web site. I think they require a verified paypal account for domain registrations made via API - but I assume that does not apply to you.

    web4africa.net also allow and they have the widest cc tld's available anywhere on net.

    Godaddy does not allow to buy using unverified Paypal account.You can buy domains using unverified Paypal account at Name,Namecheap,Dynadot and Moniker :)

    There are many Domain Registrars that can be suitable for cheap .info domain registration.
    Just compare them and choose the best one.

    hey guys I've found info domain for $5.75 from dynadot.com and they accept payments through Moneybookers.
    what do you think? is it a good deal?
