Need advice about selling site

Hello all and thanks for reading my thread . I don tknow if this is the right section or nor , But if not forgive me as it was the only place I could think of of asking for advice .

I have a site that I will like to probably sell. I dont know much about website domain selling , So im looking for a few pointer.

I have a site call PSP Custom Firmware which brings me a few visitors a day . This is from April 5 2009 to May 5 2009



This is my Adsense earning from that site for MAY



This is my AdBrite Earning for the past month - last 30 days



This is My adsDaq Earning for the past week , last 7 days



Im probably will end up selling the site if I see I could get a good offer. The site is a Wordpress Blog which I own the domain , but not the theme . So I will like any advice about the value of this site and or if is worth it to keep it or sell it . The site is updated daily .

As I said before Im new to this so please bare with me if there is something I did not post or information I should have not posted.

The Best key word for this site is PSP Custom Firmware .
