Need advice about rankings with current seo agency 600.000 +searches a month keyword

So this is the deal, i found an offer of a agency, at 0.99$. Signed up and the website started to rank (increased visibillity of 4%). The add said it would go up to 16% in the first month, but i knew that my website had some issues. After the first month i had to pay 100$, (and with some insight knowledge) i managed to gen 50% of.

After 2 months of link building from them, one main keyword (a 660.000 searches a month keyword) arrived on the #58 then started going like this:

On long tail keywords (21) i am #1. The strange thing is that i am also on #2, #3 and #4

Until now they added 1.074 backlinks and 105 referring domains.From the second month they said that they started building link-wheels. They said that they only do white-hat and that results take some time.

I noticed that the drops are related to when they add new backlinks. I am no seo guru but i understand that the results need some time to settle.
All the competitors are english-worldwide websites, but mine (although it`s dotcom) is country-specific targeted and in a different language. (i hoped it will give me some edge) So my target is to only get on first page.Getting a high ctr will probably move things forward.


Another thing is that when i started this website`s concept, i built it on blogger with another domain. Then i migrated to wordpress, with another domain. The blogger blog redirects to this new dotcom blog. The question is: should i delete the old blog? Should i remove the old domain that is pointing to this new one?
I am currently all-in on this website, as it became a full-time job. My funds are very limited, 50$ till next month. I really don`t know what to do next... I can keep up with this seo firm for another 2 months at max... The tricky thing is that if i don't reach on first page soon with one of the keywords, i will remain with no funds.I know that if i will reach fist page for one week i will probably get back the money i invested. If i remain with no funds and cancel with the Seo agency, all the results will disappear. I really don`t know what to do next... The main project maxed out would reach 2 mil searches a month.

If you are doing Website promotion with White Hat SEO link-building techniques then you need to wait for some more time. because White Hat SEO is a slow process as it gives results after 6 month but long time. Try SEO for next 6 month to get #1 in Google.

 

About keeping the blogger, yes keep it as it have redirection that you are going to lose and when you lose it you lose the little bit of seo juice it provides you with, it's free just leave it there .

For the SEO firm only they know what they are doing so if you really trust them let them do their job, eventually those links will come with benefit in time, if you are the type of a guy that loves speed, go viral in a white hat way.

 

I would be very leery of anyone offering $0.99 prices. Real legit SEO isn't cheap. Sounds like this guy is spamming the crap out of low quality links. Web 2.0 link wheels are tactics used years ago. You may get first page but it won't be long-term results. May even get a manual penalty. What's the link velocity he's using? Have you check the quality of links that have been indexed yet?

You need Quality not quantity if you want the results to stick and be long term. Focus on links with good PR, DA, PA, CF, TF, etc.
