Need advice about my site's seo

    Hello,
i'd like some expert to check my site www.webmastershelp.com and see if something is missing or wrong in the seo side.

I'm optimising for the phrase "Webmaster Forum"
The site is in the first page in yahoo and msn, and ranks about 80 in google, with ridiculous sites ranking higher. :(

I have an xml sitemap that is updated everyday, h1 and h2 tags, descriptive titles for every page/thread, seo friendly archive, robots.txt, etc. I'm always trying to get new links but it's hard.
I know i have to be patient, but my patience is disapearing  .
Also most of the pages still appear as suplemental results.

Any help will be greatly appreciated
    Thanks,
    Gaston

Hi, the site doesn't look bad at all. If i were You i would shorten the tittle tag in order to increase the relative weight of "webmaster forum" search phrase.

    I don't know whether this meta tag:"<meta http-equiv="Expires" content="-1" />" would be valid.

I thing You should use .htaccess in order to generate static url, see iwebtools.com (much more SE friendly and they will shorten the code also).

How old is the site, ranking righ in Yahoo and low in Google is probably a sign of being sandboxed.

I'll consider making the title shorter, thanks for the tip. About static urls, i have used many mods for vbulletin, and they seem to be good, but i hate long urls with dashes and that stuff. I'll just keep the current ones.
Look at this forum, no seo mods and it does great in google.

It's about two years old, but i have changed the design and seoed 7 months ago. In the google index there are still some old pages.
I also think i'm in the "sandbox". Any advice?. will time change that?.

    Thanks for the tip :)

If you are then you should expect it to last between 6 and 9 months. There's not much you can do to change that.

From looking at Google's indexing of your site it may be that your titles appear very similar with your domain or site name listed first and other keywords last (it should be the other way around) and the same for the description and leave off the domain on each--use keywords instead.
