lol I hate to see e-controler's mailbox right about now. I think that if you ask the questions here, you will get more help than you would have expected. And it is free. By the way, it is not science. For the most part it is basically having one hell of a good ad, along with a good site.
You can find your competitor's keywords with spyfu. No sense in struggling to find the converting keywords when the competition has already done the hard work for you.
It's good when you get the most expensive keywords and do it regularly...never choose the lowest price..
