I am releasing a new file hosting service, similar to sharebee, that will involve the users receiving points for hosting their files whenever their links are clicked/downloaded/etc.

I need someone to help me pick the best advertising networks to use for this, as well as decide what countries to accept clicks (points) from and which not to

For instance:

5 points from USA
4 points from CAN
3 Points from EU countries
2 Points from China
0 Points from Samalia

So - I need someone to help me choose the best network (or networks) to use for this service, what type of ads to place, and what countries to accept points from and how many points / etc
