Buying Need Advanced HTML/CSS Programmer to review code for issues

    I'm having some issues with a website that I'm currently working on. I have an iframe embedded into a page filled with a whole bunch of html / css dividers and its beginning to obstruct the ability for the iframe to work correctly. I will let provide you with the issue at hand, the webpage and then allow you to see if you can find the issue. If you can find the issue and know how to fix it, then we will negotiate a fair price for the service at hand and at that point you will instruct me on how to fix and if any further issues come up in the future on this project and others, you will be the go-to person.
