Buying Need Adsense Safe Traffic

I need adsense safe traffic for my newly developed blog on credit cards
The traffic can be from anywhere, but it should not violate Google TOS.
I don't need them to click on any ads or perform any action (the primary mode of monetization is adsense), if they do click it would be a bonus. The traffic should be human visitors and come from diverse IPs.
The traffic should come with a referrer, direct traffic or blank referrer not allowed. You can't expect somebody to type the url of a new blog directly in to the address bar.

I was using the services of a DP member. I got the traffic till the time I paid for smaller packs. I then paid for 50,000 visitors pack but there has been no response since last 15 days or so. May be he is just lazy or gone on a world tour or he fell ill, or may be I got scammed. Whatever the reason, time to move on.

there is a user named BuxP who gives a great service for traffic. It is based on a PTC service BuxP which is more reliable than any of the single traffic sellers.
