    It's a pile of shit as far as Adsense is concerned, forget it you won't get Adsense on that site ever.

    They don't show it but they give your website a quality score just like they do with adwords.

    If your content is spammy, your CPC will be real low.

    You asking that question sounds like a high chance of being declined. They will be happy to decline your app if the content is just not worth it to the advertisers. Go for unique posts, full of regular content and after a while you should be fine.
