need adsense expert help (TOS)

    and www.hollysport.com
    are ahving ads in boxes but i need to name that boxes somehow, some guy in review me section tell em text above google ads is against TOS, so hmm what can i do now?
    Is this real, is my text above ads against rules?

    You can keep the box as it is, just remove the text "Funny google links", they are against rule.

    yes right, remove "Funny google links". You can put ads or Advertisement there.
