    I forgot where I heard this, but I remember someone said Elix specializes in Indian traffic.

    Propellerads accept worldwide traffic.
    I can't guarantee very high rates for India, but our popunder format works good for Indian traffic.

    edomz works well for Asian countries and specially for India, how it works for you may depend on your traffic, what I know is they are strict about traffic quality, if you have not tried them and interested, I would suggest you contact their support and see how it works for you, I see no harm in trying since they do good for Asian traffic.

    Hello OP, let me tell you one thing no one pay India Good except adsense (Ofc.) !! So i have indian niche affiliated sites which convert real good.

    Following are some of good indian popunder ads :

    - Edomz (Best for indian cpm i.e. they do have indian advertisers.)
    - popcash (Good for indian traffic, rate is upto 1$)
    - popads,poponclick,exoclick is average but convert good.

    But i should suggest you to look for CPA offers based on your site's niche.

    if your site is sms4smile.com (as per your sig) , then you should try mobile offers, they do pay well.

    i would recommend following :

    - admob (Awesome !!!, but i think google acquired them , so check if they accept your website)
    - http://instal.com/ (Pretty good)
    - exoclick.com (good way to convert mobile traffic)
