I need a simple (in concept) web banner to be made and I believe AS is the appropriate tool to co it in. It is for a not for profit focused on saving animals from the oil in the gulf. I want to have a square covered in "oil" (a graphic) and as you move a dollar bill - it will follow your mouse, it basically de-maskes the picture behind it - which will be the message about saving the animals in the gulf. Let me know what you think the reality of bringing this to life is. Thanks
