If didn't know PHP you could use ine of existing CMS under GNU/GPL licence, and then, paste youtube html code in eeach site you want to have a move player

 

one of the best ways would be to go for an opensource CMS and add a youtube video viewer..

i personally use in 1 of the sites in my sig.. Joomla + a component called seyret

which you can easily find at joomla.org
