Need a Youtube Script

I'm looking for a Youtube script which will allow me to show youtube clips on my site.

The script must allow me to manually add videos through an admin panel (ease of use a big plus)

Should be SEO friendly i.e. allow me to create SEO friend URLs for the individual pages

Be adsense integrated

Anyone got anything like this? Or can you suggest something that would meet these requirements?

i have this one perfect..and for other requirements to add specific video..
i have another one ..
both of them can be integrated in each other..

 

real quickly here, look for phpdirector, it does most of what you want and really simple too..

 

great script.. though i have one question.. can it be automated to to post youtube videos automaticlly?
