I have a custom made script that is tied into vBulletin, it allows users to create listings. Right now the form is just a basic text field that allows users to manually type in BB code and then have it displayed after submitting the form. I need it changed to a WYSIWYG editor (like on vBulletin), you must be good with PHP/MySQL. I'm not sure if you could use the one from vBulletin and implement it, so I need an expert.
