I need a free wordpress theme that has not been coded since 2008 updated to 2.7 and make it a 3 column (its two column now) as well as some css work done on it. The css work will come from another theme which is free that i want ported over to this theme. This will need to be done with quick turn around so please if you charge 200, 300 etc. up don't bother as we are on a budget (to be discussed with candidate). Thanks and hope someone can help.
