Buying Need a WP theme modified (XHTML CSS changes)

    The theme will probably be easiest if it is just started from scratch (what other developers told me). I have a very tight deadline. I've had 2 developers BS me on this project. If anyone serious is interested, that can work fast, my Gtalk:
