I can set the image as a background and set the transparency of the page to where the design will show through. That is what you are after isn't it?

This is what it would look like with a tiled background. The header will not have those gaps around it. I used rounded corners first and the program still has that in memory. THe page is set at 60% transparency.

You can also have the design as a background for the entire page but you really cannot make out all the words.
