Need A Wordpress Theme Designer + Coder

    I'm looking for someone who can create a wordpress theme from scratch. basically, I'll be giving you a basic idea of what I want it to look like and your job will be to implement my requirements.

    I would prefer someone who's created themes before and would like to see their portfolio.

    My budget for this project is $125.
