Need a wordpress theme designed and coded

    Hello I run a Naruto site and I am looking for someone to make me a new wordpress theme for my website. My website is http://narutoforfree.com and I would like to get a theme designed kind of like this one http://narutospot.net and http://narutofreak.com.

    The person I had doing this backed out. So I need someone that will get this theme finished and you have to have a good iTrader. My budget is around $100. So contact me if you are interested.
