Need a Wordpress-MU Dev to create a pricing page

    I have wpmu and theme installed with many plugins, I need someone to create me a pricing page + registration form just like http://www.typepad.com/pricing/ - if you can do this please msg me asap thx

    Also need a few things critiqued and fixed
